"Air Buttons" was a collection of pieces for melodeon and electronics. Stewart Lee in the Sunday Times said "Richard Sanderson is a Morris Dancer and an experimental musician. Here he plugs his concertina (sic it's a melodeon actually!) -the traditional engine of folk dance -through foot pedals and processors, producing abstract sounds that while nominally concertina triggered, are hardly hey nonny"
The Sound Projecting Radio Show on Resonance FM described it as "Profound and Radical" and We Need No Swords said it was "Strikingly austere and evocative"
